The tribes folder contains xml files for each nation, you'll need a copy of the nation you want to mod. Now, you can either mod the files that are in the Rise of Nations directory, or you can mod the files that you copied. Hi Ladyfire, You might have to uninstall RON, reboot and then install it again for it to work properly. That was exactly what the error message said. It never| occurred to me to look for that. Anyway, I deleted both instances of the| msxml parser and then reinstalled from the site in your message (msxml.msi)| and now when I try to start the game I get this message| 'translated_string.xml not loaded.
